• Returns must be requested within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, damaged, or altered items due to customer mishandling.
• Customized or special-order components.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for safely shipping the item back to our fulfillment center. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm whether your return meets the eligibility criteria.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies. Refunds will only cover the product cost; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
